Order Processing

At Exclusive SOURCEDBYSK, we process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped using express, fully tracked services, including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, or DPD.

Shipping Days

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times start from the date you receive a shipping confirmation email.

Accuracy of Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Exclusive SOURCEDBYSK is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or invalid addresses. However, we will assist customers in resolving issues with carriers for lost or delayed packages if the address provided was correct.

UK Orders

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days
  • Tracked Next Day Delivery: 1 to 2 business days (Next day delivery is only guaranteed if placed before 2pm Monday - Friday)

Delivery estimates begin from the shipping confirmation email date. While orders often arrive earlier than these timeframes, please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us regarding your order.

UK Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Delivery (3–5 Business Days): £5.99
  • Tracked Next Day Delivery (1–2 Business Days): £12.50

Free UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £150.

International & EU Orders

Customs Fees and Duties
International customers may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Exclusive SOURCEDBYSK is not liable for customs charges or delays caused by unpaid fees. If customs fees are not paid, the order may be returned to us, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Delivery Times

  • EU Orders: 5 to 7 business days
  • Non-EU International Orders: 10 to 20 business days

Delivery times vary by location. Customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of their shipment.

Returns from Outside the EU

For returns originating outside the EU, items must be labelled as "Returned Goods – No Commercial Value" to avoid customs fees or delays. Exclusive SOURCEDBYSK will not be responsible for delays or fees caused by incorrect labelling.
