We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms of Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to SOURCEDBYSK for the relevant product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SOURCEDBYSK, Shopify, and each of our respective affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to:
